Prices listed are per person. A 5% Virginia Sales Tax and a 4% Madison County Meals tax will be applied. Ten percent gratuity will be charged to all food and alcohol costs. Children four and under are free when accompanied by an adult. No discounts are made for children over four years old. |

Smaller groups (under 50 guests) must pay for a minimum of 50 guests. Picnic groups with more than 500 guests should call the Events Coordinator for prices. |

Full day use of picnic grounds (11:00 A.M.- 8:00 P.M.) is available to groups of 400 or more at no additional cost. Groups under 400 will be charged a half-day rental fee if they extend usage beyond half-day rental times. Regardless of the size, if any picnic extends over the full-day use hours, an $140.00 per hour charge applies for each hour outside of the scheduled day rental. |

The main course is served for one hour. The serving time should be arranged at least two weeks prior to the picnic date. Food service can be extended at an additional cost of $.50 per person, per hour not to exceed three hours of serving time. |

Luncheon picnics scheduled during the week (Monday - Friday) are entitled to a 10% discount on the prices listed above. |

A deposit of $500.00 is required to hold your reservation. |
