Chair Policy for Graves Mountain Festival of Music |

| This is how the policy works: starting at the time the
campground opens on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 8:00 A.M., the first person
checking in to the campground will get a numerical ticket. and they will be the
first one to be able to put their chairs out on Wednesday. (Not responsible
for lost tickets). Note: you have to exchange your 3 - DAY ticket to get a a chair ticket. The second
person checking in on Friday will get the next numerical ticket, and so on
when people check in to the campground. The tickets will be given out
to everybody that checks in to the campground from Friday to Wednesday in
numerical order. People who are not camping and want to put their
chairs out on Wednesday also have to get a chair ticket at the camping gate,
but they must have a 3-Day festival ticket to get a chair ticket.
On Wednesday at 1 P.M. we will call out the first few numbers, they get to
put their chairs out, and so on until there are no more people in line on
Wednesday, after the line clears it goes back to first come first
serve.
Each chair ticket allows you to set 2 chairs out. Limit of 4 chairs per person with 2 chair tickets. Reasons for waiting until Wednesday to put chairs out. We want to make sure the sound people are set up so everybody knows where the speakers are going. We sometimes use the pavilion for other things during the week, so we didn't want the chairs to get bothered. We know not everyone will like the new system. This way seems like the only fair way to do it (instead of putting the chairs up when people arrive), since we do use the pavilion for other things.
