Fly Fishing Guide for Shenandoah National Park and the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains on Two Mountain Streams (Rose River & Robinson River) - adjoining the Shenandoah National Park
Tim roams our three mountain streams, the Rose, the Robinson, and the Rapidan - from our own Graves Mountain Farm private waters - almost a mile of stocked river banks - up to our private high mountain waters for native trout.
He guides into Shenandoah National Park - using the higher reaches of the Rose River and the upper Rapidan.
The river rock base has little sediment; the water is rich in the kind of natural trout food that produces trophy conditions for Shenandoah National Park guided fly fishing.
Tim grew up exploring the natural world and knew from a young age that a desk job was not for him. Having earned a BS and MS in outdoor recreation, Tim has also worked as an outdoor trip leader, fly fishing guide, lifeguard, ranch hand, and recreation programmer throughout the years.
