Here at Graves Mountain Farm and Lodges, we are fortunate to have Andy Nichols and his team  (Teamlink) as our team-building partners.

Andy makes each and every team building activity unique. He consults with each group to design the activities to fit the teams goals and desires. The resulting program is a perfect mix of learning, challenge and fun - memorable fun.

Andy is an exceptional trainer in leadership skills and processes, a team builder who has helped develop effective teams ranging from Naval Special Warfare teams to Fortune 500 companies including Bechtel Engineering, Accenture, and Nabisco... and all sorts of teams in between, coast-to-coast.

He is a  professor  at Hood College. He continues to teach contract leadership courses at several regional colleges, including George Washington University, the College of William and Mary, Boston College, Brown University, and Mt. Holyoke.

He trains for Fortune 500 companies as well as small groups, colleagues, and business start-ups here at Graves Mountain.
