In Rose Valley by the Blue Ridge, - nearest town (very small)  is 10 miles, yet we are near Washington DC for meetings and retreats.

Quasi Disconnected with Limited cell - only available through Internet to Cell/Cell to Internet connection (not hard to set up and usually automated through phone settings.

Modest - not fancy
Country style. We are not luxury. No spa or golf course here. Rather hiking, fishing, riding, monopoly, camp-fires, s'mores, local music, and front porch rocking chair life.

Cook-outs by fire-pit or horse ride and hay wagon trip to 1 mile distant chuck-wagon cook-out. Horse rides before and after dinner.

Meal and wine tasting, off premise at our neighbor DuCard Vineyard.

Outdoor seasonal pool - a huge one, Jr Olympic.

Giving Back to Our Communities
We donate to and provide training support for Girl and Boy Scouts - the "Scouts", youth sports in Madison and Culpeper, Future Farmers of America - local chapters and East Central Regions Coast, Virginia Soil and Water Conservation, The Farm Bureau, Camp Unakite with Boys and Girls Club of Madison, Tour de Madison bike races, and University of Virginia Baseball and Basketball Teams.
